Dave Marye founded Trilogy Midstream in 2017 after a 10-year career at NET Midstream. At NET Midstream, he served in both commercial and financial roles of increasing responsibility throughout his tenure. Prior to NET Midstream, he served in business development and financial analyst positions in the gas pipeline division of CenterPoint Energy (now Enable Midstream) and Enron. Mr. Marye holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Louisiana State University and an MBA from the University of Texas, with an Energy Finance specialization. Mr. Marye is a charter member and elder at Christ Community Church in Houston.

Drew Tingleaf founded Trilogy Midstream in 2017 after a 10-year career at NET Midstream, where he served as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to NET Midstream, Mr. Tingleaf served in origination and structuring roles at Cinergy Marketing and Trading and Enron North America as well as investment banking roles at KPMG and Howard Frazier Barker Elliot. He holds a BBA in Honors Business/Finance and an MBA from the University of Texas. Mr. Tingleaf is a member, elder and past Treasurer and Trustee at Memorial Drive Presbyterian Church and serves on the board of Camp Blessing, a camp for special needs children.

Jerry Dearing is a founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Trilogy Midstream. Prior to founding Trilogy Midstream Mr. Dearing was a founder and Co-President of NET Midstream. During NET Midstream’s 20-year history, the company grew from a small gas marketing business to a dynamic gas midstream developer and operator valued at over $2 Billion. Mr. Dearing began his career at PSE, Inc. (later sold to Destec), a power plant development company. Mr. Dearing has more than 30 years of energy industry experience. Mr. Dearing supports a number of charitable organizations including his family foundation.
